You don’t want Shredder loose in your neighborhood. Once he sets up shop there with his Foot Clan, it’s almost impossible to get him to leave. It’s better if you just have an anti-Shredder plan in place, which always involves Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Getting a hold of the real Donatello for that plan is a lot harder than it sounds.
